When attempting to publish to Word, I am getting a strange issue and am hoping someone can help me troubleshoot. The publish process runs seemingly fine but when the pop-up appears with the option to View Document, I get an error message stating a problem occurred and for me to send the report to Articulate for resolution.
The error log (attached) indicates "Illegal Character in path" but I'm not sure how to find that. Can anyone tell me if there is an indication in the error log i am missing or how best to track it down?
Hey there, Kirk! David is spot on with making sure the file's name doesn't have any special characters in the title. Try renaming and saving the file locally to see if that helps!

Hi Kirk,
I had the same issue last week with a module. I had a colon in the title of the module, and when I removed it, SL published successfully to Word.
