I have a problem when I record some sounds : it doesn't record anything. I mean, I have a sound item on my timeline but it is blank, no sound at all is recorded.
I test my micro and it works perfectly in some others softwares...
If you're unable to record narration in your Articulate software, it may be that Windows doesn't recognize your recording device or microphone. See if this helps...
There have been a few customers experiencing something similar. We've had them submit cases so the tech team can get more information and assist them further. Would you like to open a case?

All is good for my microphone, it's working with some others software, it is just when I want to record from SL it doesn't work...
