my colleague is updating the version of Storyline he has on his pc. However, he received the error messages (as seen on attachment) - can you please advise what the issue might be? He is not a native English speaker so I am posting on his behalf

It looks like there is an issue with your version of Internet Explorer. There should be a button that you click that takes you to the next page of the process. Anyway, I've gone ahead and submitted a case on your behalf. You should be getting an email here shortly.

I entered the info on the first screen but there is no continue/next button? Can you tell me what I'm supposed to do? see attached
