Hello, I was given some chroma key footage that had the green screen removed in adobe after effects. I am having trouble getting the alpha channel background (which is black) to disappear in storyline. I am trying to add it into a slide to test it out but it is putting the video up of her in the black background vs. just her cut out on the slide graphics.
I was able to convert the file into an .flv. However the black background still shows behind her on my slide. Is there something else I need to do once in storyline to fix that?
I was curious when chromakeyed videos exported with alpha channels might work on your output to html5? It would be great to add a host on a slide. Thanks!

What format is your video file in? As far as I know, the only format that supports transparency in Storyline is .flv. See here for some info.
Hi Heather!
Looks like Michael has popped in to assist you here and I just responded to a similar post of yours here as well.

Hi Heather!
Are you utilizing the latest update as explained in this article? Keep in mind that this will not work in the HTML5 output.
If you are still having difficulty and need us to take a look at your .story file, you can share your file here with our team.

Hi Doug!
We do not release product roadmap or release information, so this is not a question I would be able to answer.
