Problem using Content Library images

Hi.
When I try to add images in Story Line I only get this list of items.
Then when I choose one I get an error message:
This does not happen with icons, ilustrations or videos (sometimes) but it always happens with images.

Hi José,
Landscape images tend to be pretty big (as you can tell with the dimensions) so it might be an issue with the file sizes and your internet connection. Are you using a wired or wireless internet connection?

Hi Jose,
You may also need to allowlist and enabled the network endpoints mentioned here. Photos, videos, and icons are all reaching out a separate section so some of them may already be allowlisted which is why they'd work!
