We are using Articulate Storyline 2.0 and are having a problem viewing videos. We have published the story file, and put it on our web server. When we view the Articulate directly from the server, the videos play without issues. When we use a link to get to the server, the videos do not show. Has anyone seen this problem?
We are using IE 11, and this problem is seen with both the .story and .story_html5 files.
I gave your file a test drive in Internet Explorer 11, and everything seemed to play normally. Would you mind testing this link on your end and letting me know how it goes?
Quick tip: Only the Flash output is supported in Internet Explorer 11 for Storyline 2, so be sure your URL shows story.html (not story_html5.html) while testing.
