We have developed a course in English and Arabic using Articulate Storyline published to HTML5. The Arabic version looks fine in Chrome and Safari, but in Firefox, there are numerous problems with the characters. (See attached screenshot with Chrome on the left and the same text in Firefox on the right). Does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it?
Thanks for reaching out, and good call to open a case! I see you worked with my teammate, Jose, and with a combination of switching to a Unicode font and checking the Use Modern Text option under the Design tab, you're up and running again!
