I have uploaded a course into our LMS, Saba and the video I have embedded in the course does not have audio. It plays fine, and the other features of my course work but for some reason there is no audio in our video. I have tried both mp4 format as well as WMV for the video. Any suggestions? I am running out of things to try.
Desktop, Mac, iPad for starters? Searching these forums for "Saba audio" brings up a few threads. Sharing a small piece of your project that reproduces things with the community via ADD ATTACHMENT might troubleshoot too
Well I am just starting out in testing videos on mobile devices. On a desktop the course runs just fine. I've downloaded the saba app and that is where the audio is not playing. I will check out those threads as well. Thank you!
If it's specific to the Saba mobile app, you'll want to reach out to Saba as well! They may have a restriction for audio or the file types you've used.
You could also look at using SCORM Cloud as a testing platform for LMS content. That'll showcase it to you in mobile Safari on iOS and Chrome on Android.
