Problem with Assignment trigger

Hi My Heroes!
I have a file I inherited that shows the following trigger which "triggers" end notes to appear.
This variable triggers a set of text to be seen on the screen...the problem is I cannot figure out where the text lives in the .story file to edit it.
It's not in resources, it's not in states and it's not in the slide timeline...the variable is used 72 times throughout the .story file (and the value changes with each end note trigger - ie. Value 1, Value 2 etc...so I know the text for each of the 'end notes' has to be somewhere...
Do you have any ideas of where to look?
Thank you!
Dan

Do you see any JavaScript triggers anywhere? It might be in some JS code being executed.
No Java script located anywhere in the .story
Or at least that's visible...I could I check?
Let me clarify, no execute "java script" variables or triggers.
I don't suppose you can share your file?

It is in the slide master, as is the trigger. Show layerx when shownote changes if shownote is equal to X
Can you give more detail or a screen shot? I am in the Slide Master and still don't see it.
AHHHH!!! I found it on Slide #2.
Awesome work. Thank you for being my eyes! We can take it from here! You are the best!!
BTW, that's a really creative solution to a repeated slide layer...I am definitely going to use that in the future. Well done!
Using the slide master for repeated functionality is, IMHO, one of of the great productivity hacks in SL.
