Problem with audio file

Hi everyone,

We are currently working on articulate 2 courses and we encounter an issue with audio files.

The problem not occur all the time, but often.

When we open a save articulate file,  lot of mp3 files included in the slides don't work and look strange on the timeline (buffering but never appears).

Then, we have to re-import all the audio files... And we lost a lot of time...

Any advice on what is happening ?

Hi, Sophie -- Sorry for the troubles you are experiencing! 

Are you working on a network drive or on your local C: drive? It is important to make sure that you are working locally on your C: drive as described here, because you could encounter a variety of odd behavior or file corruption otherwise. 

It may also be helpful to import the file into a new file. If you are still having issues, you might want to try to repair Storyline.
