Problem with characters - Story

Hi,

Just bought storyline and Volume 1 character bundle. I have two problems:

a) I installed v1 character bundle. What happens after that? I cannot access from storyline? what should I do?

b) the illustrated characters appear as you can see in the attached picture and apparently they cannot be used.

I use windows 8

Hi Vassiliki,

Installing the Character Pack is a separate install from Storyline, and the directions on how to do so are here.

For the image you show of the illustrated characters it looks like your DPI setting is not set to 96, and you can update that following these directions.

Many thanks for your reply but...

I have installed the characters pack several times. As user as administrator, I downloaded again (for the case something went wrong with the downloading) installed it with the new download etc. It does not work. Although all the steps seem to be completed correctly. I cannot select the directory where it is installed (actually I cannot see this step). In which directory should it be installed?

I wonder if it could be related with the DPR???

Hi Vassiliki,

If you've updated your DPI, and you're still unable to download them would you be able to connect with our Support team so that they could troubleshoot with you further?
