Although most content displays during preview just like it would in the published output, there are a few items that are unavailable during preview. They are:
Videos from websites, such as Screenr, YouTube, and Vimeo
Web objects
Interactions imported from Articulate Engage
Print results
JavaScript triggers
Hyperlinks may not work during preview. We recommend publishing to test hyperlinks.
Articulate Storyline has an option to publish for local playback. Use this option if you need to deploy your course on a CD, DVD, or standalone computer (kiosk). See this tutorial for details.
I think you're talking about previewing it before publishing. Am I right?
Actually even after publishing for LMS and testing on local. I am not able to see engage files in my course. I've tried opening it in Chrome as well as Internet Explorer.
Hi Yusef! Even when you select to view the course from the publish successful window, these items will not work as intended. They must be uploaded to the environment published to for proper testing and if you wish to have a product to verify prior to upload, I would recommend to publish to CD as I shared above. You could also upload to an environment like SCORM Cloud as well.

Hi Yusuf,
Sometimes it creates the problem in local but when you will upload the scorm package to LMS you should be able to get the desired results.
Priyanka,
Thats right, but my client needs to review it on local. He gets pissed and thinks as an error left out. So I need a solution to this.

Hi Leslie,
Thanks just wanted to confirm. I think publishing to a CD output should work for my client.
