Problem with evaluation

Hello everyone,
I'm working on a course that consist in 3 modules and 3 evaluations. Each evaluation is shown at the end of each module and it allows the student to move forward. Every evaluation has 2 opportunities to be passed, but if the student fails the second opportunity, he must retake the corresponding module and repeat the evaluation until he approves.
The problem is when I retake the module and I repeat the evaluation, I'm unable to select any answer choices.
I'm attaching some images of the values I'm using both in the "Retake module" button, as well as in the slide properties box of each question.
Do you have any idea of what can I do to solve this?

Hi Sandra,
I couldn't translate your triggers easily from those images (and I don't speak Spanish) but you'll want to check that your Results slide for each evaluation has a "Retry" option enabled. The trigger that is added automatically with that option enabled will allow you to Retry the question. You can read more about how to add that in this tutorial.
