Not sure why this is happening. I've created an assessment in storyline and in the grading if they score over 25 percent in a particular area they will gain access to view an outline for the relevant course. When testing (SCORM Cloud), some of them work while others don't. I don't understand why some are and some are not since they are all linked from the same folder. I've also tried to relink them and the same ones work and don't work. I get a 404 page for the ones that don't work, any ideas?
Are these links to URLs or links to documents/files you included with your content? If they are URLs, do the ones that work start with "https://" and the links that don't work start with "http://"?

You mention that your files are located on your PC, and they are in the same folder.
