We have several modules where the inserted logo in the player works fine in html-version but is omitted in the html5 version only leaving ?-mark. Anything wrong with the file or format?
Were you included in the beta for Storyline, by any chance? If so, this may help. If not, we'd be happy to take a closer look at what's going on. Please submit a case, including your .story file, using this link so our support team can assist you further.
I should report that I need to delete and add the logo now and again with Storyline Update 2. I'm not sure exactly why or when it breaks, but at least there is an easy fix.
I am seeing this problem as well. I was not in the beta. I have repeatedly tried to delete and re-add my logo, but it refuses to appear in the HTML5 output. The Flash output is fine.

I was not, but a co-worker was, so the files we use might be affected by that computer then?!
Either way, tried a new project from scratch and that works fine even in html5…

Yes. There's no fix I know of. I've got to review the HTML5 every time I publish with Update 2.
