Problem with menu buttons - only affecting some people

Another request for help from you lovely people!

I've built my module but some people are experiencing problems with it, while others aren't and can't pin down the problem.

I have four scenes:

Intro and main menu

Topic 1

Topic 2

Topic 3

The main menu has buttons branching off to the different topics.  Some people when testing the module can't seem to access a topic via the menu after having already accessed a topic.  So for example, if they've got all the way through topic 1, go back to the menu and then click on the button for topic 2, the link doesn't open.  I can't replicate their problem and we're all on at least Flash 11, so I'm stuck as to what it could be.  Wondering currently if it relates to the revisit state for the menu slide but not sure why that would only affect some people and not others.
