I have an mp4 video that was created in Camtasia that won't play when published in a Storyline course. I even used the Articulate video encoder to change to FLV just to see if maybe using an Articulate product would help this video to play in the course.
I add the video to the course and I can see it in preview mode. But if I publish the course, it gets hung up on this video and won't finish publishing. It just says "Encoding Videotitle" I have attached a screen shot for your reference. Do you have any tips to get this video to play in the published course? Thank you
Just curious, how large is the video that you're importing from Camtasia? Also, do you happen to know the publish settings that you chose when you output from Camtasia?

The company I work for puts up all their storyline courses in moodle, so I HAVE to upload all videos in WMV format. That might help.
You can convert in Windows Movie maker.
