Using a template and after 4 Feb the behavior has changed. Now the state changes are not working the same as before. It will require 300 trigger changes in the template alone. What changed was the way the restore state after hover.
If you can't resolve your issue and you need to, you can roll back your version to an older version pretty easily just in case you are unaware of this feature, see attached images on how. I am using an older version myself.
