I'm afraid I cannot tell where this is happening from the screenshot. Is this for text that you have inserted and formatted in a text box within a slide, or in the slide notes, etc.?
I've tried testing this in both a text box and the notes, but I'm not seeing the same thing.
It might help if you could share the .STORY file as well. Just keep in mind that if it's too large, it may not attach to your response. Another option would be to import one of the slides where you see this into a new file. You should then be able to save the new file and attach the .STORY file.
I agree, it's difficult to tell where it's happening, but I'm going on a hunch that it's in a text box.
I've attached an image here where you can clearly see how the indentation is off. I believe this is a known issue, but it would be helpful, Ovidiu if you (and anyone else who comes across this and is unhappy about it...as am I) would submit a feature request to have this fixed so the indentation works properly.
I don't believe there's a way to adjust the space between the number and the line, like you can do in Word and PowerPoint, because the paragraph adjustments are minimal in Storyline. This could make another good feature request.
And regarding font color and style inconsistencies, I created a couple tutorials a while back on adjusting these
I have got a ordinary slide with a list like this:
some english text
some english text
some english text
Now I want to translate this text into german. I mark the english line in Storyline, switch to powerpoint, copy the german text into the clipboard, switch to storyline and paste the german text into the marked line to overwrite it.
I allready deleted the format into powerpoint just to keep the text.
I allso know, I could use the translate function for this kind of issues, but there is an other problem with the "by first level paragraph animation" It animates the first paragraph and allso the first line of the second paragraph. Maybe I will open a new thread for this.
I have uploaded the file. Please look at the Laptop_Desktop layer in Paragraph 3.

You are probably better pasting into notepad and then into Storyline as formatting is brought across even if you remove it in PPT
Thanks Phil!
That worked, but I had to copy first the original textbox from an older version and paste the whole german text from new inside.
