Problem with previewing of a rotated / animated objects group / Problème d'apperçu des groupes d'objets après une rotation / animation

Jul 06, 2016

Hello,

I noticed something weird. When you group objects in Articulate Storyline, the group does not behave like an object.

For example, I have a group of items that I want to rotate. The rotation was effected for against the appearance of the object gives no indication that rotation has been applied, except for the rotation icon (in red).

When I try to make an animation. Same thing when two objects are grouped, no preview of the object at the end of the path. What makes it difficult with regard to the final positioning of the group.

I think it would be appropriate to improve the software so that it displays the preview.

Have a good day

Bonjour,

Hello again, Steve - On second thought, I'd like to perform a bit of testing to see if this might be an issue already be on the radar of our QA team. In addition to the test file I will be creating, would it be possible for you to upload your .story file here as well so I can check that out also?

Please use the grey ADD ATTACHMENT button in the bottom left of the reply box, or if you would rather share privately, please use this form and I can give it a look confidentially!

Hi, Steve -- Thanks again for bearing with me, and I was able to confirm that I am experiencing the same behavior you've described. I intend to add your post to the existing ticket in with our QA team for additional investigation. And although I do not have a workaround or a time frame to share in which to expect potential resolution, any additional updates that I receive will be shared here at that time.
