Problem with Previous and Next button
Nov 30, 2012
I have seen several posts and tutorials describibg how to remove the previous / next buttons. My problem is that although the previous / next button are not shown on my slide, the space they occupy at the botton right of the slideĀ is maintained - like they are thre but invisible. I would like my slides the spread down to use this precious space.
Also, my installation of storyline does not show the trigger / layers panel on the right of the screen as i have seen on many tutorials. So the only way I can reach a trigger is going to story view, highlighting a link and then selecting edit trigger. How can I get the trigger / layers panel to show on my screen.
Any help is much appreciated and thanks.

If you have next or previous buttons or submit on any of the slides then this space will be retained, if you remove all these buttons it will be removed
The triggers and layers pane can be dragged out from the right side (we really need a handle to make this more obvious)
Howdy,
Tx for the Q and A. I just tried this and it wasn't working. So I went into the Player and removed the volume button. Then I got all the space. A bit nit picky, but since I was at first perplexed, thought I'd comment.
Thanks, that was the case, I had another scene that had one assets slide that had previous / next buttons and this was causing the space for the previous / next buttons in the working scene to be retained though the buttons had been removed. I have also pulled by layers panel back in place. Thank you again.
