Problem with quiz onphone

Hello,

I have a module that when viewing it on a mobile phone doesn't appear correctly.  It has one question built into the module but it does not show the tick button to submit the answer when looking at it on a mobile phone. 

In the preview mode on articulate 360, when I view the module in landscape view, it looks ok with a black ribbon down the right hand side with a tick option however after I upload module to LMS and then view the module on mobile phone, the tick does not appear in landscpae view.

Can anyone help please?

Hi Michael!

Thank you so much for attaching the .story file! I published the file on my end and uploaded it to Tempshare for testing. I didn't have any trouble seeing the checkmark to submit the question.

I've attached two screenshots, one in Portrait and one in Landscape, from my iPhone 6+.

                    

 

I also saw that you're publishing using Flash with HTML Fallback. Most browsers are HTML format as well as mobile apps. Have you tried publishing the course for HTML Only?

Hi Lauren,

First off, my sincere apologies for the delay in coming back to you.  

Secondly, thank you so much for replying and putting my mind at ease that the quiz questions were showing ok.  I think the problem is the phone I'm using.

Also, thank you for the suggestion of publishing in HTML only.  I think it was a default setting that had never been changed but I have now done so.

Again, thank you so much Lauren for the support and guidance, I really appreciate it.
