I am having a problem with one screen in an application that contains 27 screens (so far). The problem is that when I preview this screen (and only this screen), it appears black. Is there a secure link where I can upload this to be tested to see what is going wrong?
Pat, did you move the file for that screen or change the name of the folder you saved it in? It sounds like maybe it just can't find it when you're running it.
(If you go to your ppt and get to that slide and try to edit, can it find the file?)
Leslie, is there a problem with the link you provided, I have entered my details several times nd provided the answer to the question but the screen simply refreshes?
Hi Pat, I just tested and did not have any difficulty. Are you trying to attach a large file perhaps? Would you be able to share your .story file from another location like drop box to avoid upload?
Are you getting an error message? I can start a case on your behalf and then maybe you can send your file directly to who is helping you? Would that work?

just to add to that, when I publish the course and run it, when I click the link to this screen, the program freezes - very strange!

unfortunaltely not, that site is blocked by my IT department
I dont even get to the upload page, i'm not getting furhter that the screen where you have to give details of the tool, your name and add the sum
