I have slides on individuals, telling their story with narrations over a picture slideshow. However, once a person's slide has been viewed once, if a viewer returns to it, it stays stuck on the last picture. How do I get it to reset to the beginning of its timeline, regardless of how often its viewed?
have you checked the slide properties - when revisiting is it set to 'reset to initial state' or 'resume saved state' ? If resume it will restart where it left off

Try setting the slide properties to Reset to initial state, as described here, under `Determining How Slides Behave When Revisited`
