Problem with sound to jump to another slide

Hi, I wanted to consult as to make a sound that is activated by a trigger click- this works well in Slide view but not on stage or project view. Nor if the result is published sound works . What could be happening? I have tried many things, including do the same using layers and that if it worked the sound to jump to the other layer.

In short:
With previous slide view : Sound works
With preview scene sound does not work
With preview project sound does not work
By posting : Sound does not work

If instead you jump to another slide jump to a layer: sound works
