Problem with texts in Storyline 3

When I put a text box and write in it, I can't see the text, but in preview, it does show, please thank you for your help. This problem occurs with any type of text that I put, such as shapes or buttons.

I clarify that my preferred or native language is Spanish, but I did not find where to post my problem in a forum that is in Spanish.

Thanks for the answer, but your suggestion has not solved the problem, I have also tried to communicate with support through the link you share, but I cannot find the option of direct communication with technical support. In fact, I think you have not even reviewed the photo that I attached, I thank you very much if possible, an accurate answer and referring to my problem exactly

Hi Lianarde,

I'm sorry to hear repairing Storyline 3 hasn't helped restore the text issues you're experiencing. More often than not, a repair helps reset everything in Storyline which is why Lauren suggested it.

Can you tell me which version of Storyline 3 you're using? You can view this by going to the Help tab, and clicking About Storyline.

We've seen this issue before in older versions of SL3. I'm opening a case on your behalf to connect you with a support engineer, but in the meantime, try disabling the Modern Text feature and see if that helps any! To do this:

  1. Select the Design tab.
  2. Click Fonts.
  3. Uncheck Use Modern Text.
