Problem with translation

Hï everybody,

I already had this issue with Storyline 1 and it's still happening with Storyline 2: the export for translation doesn't work. The progress bar initiates and then an error message with nothing inside appears.

Is there any grandma trick or magical calls to do?!!

Can you tell me what to do or give me the links to previous discussions about this trouble? I couldn't find them.

I'm in a hurry, thanks a lot!

Hello Louis, and welcome to Heroes!

When you export text from your Articulate Storyline course to a Microsoft Word document (*.doc) for translation purposes, be sure the column header text doesn't get changed. Otherwise, the import process (with the translated text) will fail.

Please make sure that you are working locally as described here, and you can also try importing the file into a new Storyline file.

There was a previous thread about this in Storyline 1 that might give you some additional information as well.
