Problem with Videos

I am working with Storyline. I was doing fine up until last week. As of last Thursday anything new that I create, the videos will not play - timeline moves without the picture changing and without volume. Our firm purchased this software because of a big rollout we are doing - and now we are going to have to go back to posting individual videos if I cannot get this to work soon. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Silly question - have you set the videos to play on a trigger, or are they set to play automatically?
I had some issues with a video recently that I'm using as a section title screen....if you click anywhere on the video, it pauses (even though I have no visible controls or playheads on screen). I had to put a rectangle on top of it (set to 100% transparency) to fix that.

If you can share a copy of your .story file I can take a look at that too!
1. Version: Storyline 360 v. 3.7.12674.0
2. No software changes
3. Works in Storyline preview/Does not work once published
4. Stored on a web server, viewing on IE 10
5. Discovered that it will work correctly if the published file is played with Chrome --- although everyone in our firm has IE10 so that will not help me.
