Hey Sara!

So sorry this is happening! Is it possible that you're working from somewhere other than your local hard drive? Also, when you're testing the published output, what LMS or Web environment are you uploading it to? My first thought is that if you're testing locally, rather than uploading to an LMS or web environment, that may be what's causing the issue with the zoom feature. You'll want to make sure to upload your published output to it's intended environment to test it properly. 

Please let me know if you’re already working locally and testing the published content where your learners will view it,  and we can think about other reasons for the problem you’re having!
