I am using Storyline 2 and have encountered an error whilst attempting to insert text into a shape. My usual steps are: right hand click on the shape > select 'edit text', and that usually that works. But on this occasion I am presented with a big red cross (see attached image).
Has anybody had this problem, and/or has a solution?
