Problems LMS & iPad

Hello,

What can I do to see the complete screen on my iPad (iOS 7.0.4)? Also the logo disappears when I publish for LMS. I already downloaded update 4 of Articulate Storyline.

Hi Fabiola,
Before Publishing the course, setup the outline or the TOC display on the right hand side (your picture was on the left hand side.
Enable the ipad browser open new window.
Upload the course to LMS and setup to view the course in new window.
I use Moodle and these steps (articulate studio 13), the complete screen can be seen.

Hi Fabiola,

There is a known issue where a logo can disappear when previewed or published, and I'd suggest trying the steps outlined here first. 

Also, Update 4 for Storyline had another release on Nov 15 to fix an additional issue where HTML5 content hosted in an LMS wouldn't load properly in mobile Safari.
