Problems Loading Content to LMS

Hello,

My company has just started adding Articulate Storyline content to our PeopleSoft LMS. I have one module that will not launch in our LMS and it looks like all the settings are the same as another module that successfully launches in our LMS. Could it be the file size (122K vs 67k) that is causing the problem? Has anyone else come across this issue?

Hi Ursula and welcome to Heroes!

Is that the only course you have that is of that size, and all your others are smaller? Have you checked with your LMS team if there is a file size limit you need to adhere to? Are you able to upload the entire contents of the published output folder - you may want to check that you've included all the components, as if it's missing something it may not be loading because of that. You could also try loading the course up to SCORM Cloud which is an industry standard for testing SCORM content, to see how it behaves in that environment and if it doesn't load/open there we'll want to take a look at your .story file.
