I'm not sure what's happening with the player. I've modified it before with no trouble. Today, I attempted to modify the tabs (I only want the Menu and Resources tabs) and all four appear even though I have click the Glossary and Notes options.
Has anyone had the experience and how were you able to fix the problem? Out of six courses, this is the first time I'm experiencing this problem.

Did you check that the individual slide properties aren't set to include the Glossary and the Notes as a custom player set up for each slide?
I know this was from a few years ago, but man this is a great fix!
I struggled with this going in a lot of wrong directions, and the solution was as simple as "have you tried unplugging and plugging it back in again".
