Problems playing screen demo content in IE

Hi, I have created my first project in Storyline 2 and when people open it in IE the screen demo doesn't work. It works fine in Chrome.

My workaround at the moment is emailing them the file path to paste into Chrome, not ideal but it works for the sign off process.

I would like to have a solution before it is uploaded to the website for the staff.

They use IE, Chrome and Firefox. We have a mixture of MS Office and MAC users.

Any ideas?

If issues persist, you are also welcome to share your file and we'll be happy to do some testing for you in a variety of environments.

Hello again, Kim -- You may also want to review this information on Publishing and Sharing SL2 Content, and perhaps consider using the free Tempshare option as a suitable workaround for your sign off/approval process. Please let us know if that does the trick for you!
