I would like to get some help with a
publishing problem.
I have a few projects that I am publishing. All went
well, except one... When I publish this project to LMS or Web it goes
trough the entire process, but on the end it does not give the normal box
with options to put it in a zip etc. The publish box is still open and
when I look in the location where I saved the project I see a map that is
half filled.

Hi Leslie I have been importing projects as you have suggested but it ends up doing my head in if I have to republish after editing. The work-around isn't helping my workflow or output much!
Hi Susan! I went back to look thinking I had missed a conversation with you somewhere?! I see where you mentioned having this issue here, but I cannot locate any cases for you? Have you worked with support yet? I do not want you 'doing your head in'
It sounds like you are having problems with Storyline 'in general' and not just a single file, so you could take a look at these troubleshooting ideas.
If that does not help, please get in touch with support so that we can have a look and try to understand what may be going on.

sounds link you may be publishing to either a network drive, or a long file path, or have you got special characters in your filename?
