Problems Publishing to Android
Jan 14, 2016
Hi,
I have created my first storyline tutorial but I am having issues getting it to work for iOS and Android. It is live at http://millennium.it-tallaght.ie/screens/note/story.html
I ticked all the boxes- "Include HTML5 output", "Use articulate mobile player for iOS and Android" and "Allow downloading for offline viewing" when I published it but I am wondering if I missed something or if there is something else I need to do. Any help/advise would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Anima!
That error is not one that I'm familiar with and it seems that it may be related to where the content is hosted.
Could you test the content over on Tempshare to see if you experience the same result?
Interesting... When you access from desktop, it works.
When you access from mobile device (Samsung Galaxy S5), the 403 error indicates you are being restricted. "Please check that you have no overdue library loans and that your library account is up to date. Contact the library staff for help with this issue or phone 01 4042203
Interested to hear what you discover on this one. Sounds like permission issues but have you tried to contact the library staff? :)
I found the same thing Richard, that's why I thought it may be something internal hosting wise as I know I do not owe any library :)
Thanks for the responses.
The tutorial has been created by the library and is hosted on its website.
I feel like I am just missing one small step as it works fine on desktop but it just won't work on any mobile device.
I am going to republish it tomorrow and then try it on tempshare.
Any suggestions or advice is greatly appreciated.
Yes, I'd be curious to know the results of your Tempshare upload. Thanks for the update Anima.
Thanks Leslie, I tried it on Tempshare today and it worked perfectly, so we are going to upload it afresh to the library website and see if that will solve the problem.
Thanks again for the advice.
Thanks for the update Anima and hopefully a fresh upload will work for you or your team will be able to further diagnose the issue with you.
