Problems to view Storyline output on mobile units

Hi,
Before the vacation I added a new e-learning to our LMS. It worked fine on both computers and tablets, I-phones etc.. But now it suddenly doesn't work any more. The same goes for all our e-learnings produced in Storyline. They used to work on mobile units and now suddenly they don't.
When I try to start the e-learning from the LMS on my phone, the window opens and a play button appears- but when I click it nothing happens. No error message either.
I have ticked the box "Include HTML5 output" when I published the course and it worked on I-phone at the begininng of July. Are there anymore settings I should have made?
Has any one else had the same problem? Any suggestions on how to work around this problem?

Hi Johanna- Sorry you're encountering this issue. Are you only seeing this happen on mobile devices? If the devices you're seeing this on are running iOS9, support for that was added in a recent update to Storyline 2. Would you mind verifying that you're running the latest update, update 10? You can check this setting by going to Help > About Articulate Storyline. If the courses you're seeing this issue in were published under the latest update, would you mind sharing one of your .story project files here so I can do some testing? You can add it as an attachment right to a comment in this thread. Thanks!

Yes, the problem only appears on mobile units, via computer it works fine.
The devices we have used has IOS 9.
Our Storyline version is only update 4! My colleagues had great trouble spring 2015 with an update during my maternity leave and had to revert back to the previous version, Since then we have had too many projects to be able to risk that updating will disturb our projects. But that seems to be the problem then? Update asap och republish the courses should perhaps do the trick?

· Added support for Apple iOS 9
but as Ali said best to update to the latest SL2update 10 if you can.

But will this be a contious issue? That each time IOS has a new version, we need to update Storyline and also republish all our courses?
Hi Johanna- I can certainly understand your concerns, thank you for sharing here. Unfortunately, I can't speak to the nature of future iOS releases and how they'll affect Storyline content. With the release of iOS 9, Apple made some changes that caused content to not play. As Wendy mentioned, we released support for it very shortly after with an update. Keeping your Articulate software as up-to-date as possible will ensure that your courses are compatible with the ever-advancing operating systems on mobile devices. We've also created this handy updater tool that will scan and update you published courses to add compatibility for new operating systems and browsers to make the updating process a bit easier.
