I’m hoping someone might be able to help or point me in the correct direction.
We are having problems publishing courses to our LMS where it won’t track properly eg if you stop halfway through before completing it says ‘failed’ when it should say ‘in progress or incomplete’
Have you tried the settings on LMS? Not sure which you are using but with mine, I had changed a setting for the course from "Completion Required" to "Pass Required" which messed up the way it was tracked and recorded. Maybe it is something with your LMS...

We are using IBM Kenexa LMS - not sure you can do this but will check.

A great comparison is to test the content in SCORM Cloud as well. This will help determine if the issue lies within your LMS or the project.
