Since the last 2 month2, our customers have big problems viewing the content on their PC with Win 10 and IE. We publish the courses to "Web" using the format: "HTML5 with Flash fallback". Do you have any idea, how we can help our customers?
What version of IE are they using? See here for details on which browsers are supported.
A common problem with IE is that it may be running in something called 'compatibility mode'. This means that they could have IE11 installed, but due to compatibility mode it is actually behaving like IE9 (but Storyline will think it is IE11... so will delivery the HTML5 output rather than the Flash output).
If your customers are still running into issues, can you share a bit more about what issues they're seeing in the course? That may narrow down the troubleshooting steps a bit more!

Hi Karin,

Thanks for your help! I will check all the points and come back if necessary.
