Please can someone help me? I have a long list of variables - in fact, too long, and I can't "get" to some of them on the list. I have tried using the 'Up' arrows on my keyboard, but that didn't work.
As you may see from my picture, I cannot access the number 10 on the list.
try undocking the trigger panel by clicking the icon in the top right hand corner. That will allow you to move the panel around and maybe you can stretch it using the resize arrow to view all your variables that way.
When you need to get it back in place click the View > Redock all windows option
Thanks, tried that, but it doesn't do the trick. The problem doesn't lie in the triggers layer dock, but when I click on the trigger wizard. Then I can't see right up at the top of the list that is generated. Got any ideas?
Hi Kathy! I'm not sure that I've seen this issue before either, but it looks like Wendy is taking good care of you here. The repair may be your best option.
Thanks for your trouble! Interestingly enough, I closed it all down last night, and when I came back to it today, I can see all my variables! Weird! However, I did find a small way to work around it last night. Although I could not SEE all the variables in the list, only some of them, I knew that the variables existed, further up the list. Using the up button on the keyboard I pressed up the necessary number of times. (I knew that my variable was two places away from the last variable I could actually see) Then I pressed the enter key, and voila, it all worked!
I hope this makes sense!
Incidentally, my DPI setting was on 96.
Thank you so much, I am so grateful for your help - one of the many wonderful things about Articulate Storyline!!!!
great news - glad you got it sorted. I didn't mention using the keyboard arrows as I thought you said initially you had already tried that. Perfect workaround to get you going.

Sorry, can't say I've ever seen that before. My project had over 100 variables and I didn't have that issue.
Probably nothing to do with it but is your DPI setting at 96?
The only other thing I'd suggest is maybe a repair of Storyline.
