Hello everyone. I have been using storyline 2 for 1 year. Designing courses with layers of videos.Everything worked properly. It has been 2 months since the video layers are automatically displayed in HTML and some SCORM packages.I do not know if it's the fault of a chrome update or something else.
If this is something that recently popped up in files you already published, my hunch is that this could be a browser issue. Since you mentioned SCORM packages, does this happen when the output is hosted in your LMS?
I'd recommend testing in SCORM Cloud, to compare. This will help determine if the issue lies within your LMS, the browser, or the actual project file. If you are able to replicate, be sure to send the .story file to us to take a peek.

You mentioned a Chrome update - do you know what update you're using? Also what version/update of Storyline did you publish it with? The latest version is Update 12.
I'd look at trying the courses in a few other browsers to see how those are working too - the list of supported Storyline browsers is here. Also, I'd look at seeing if Chrome disabled Flash by default. If the videos are Flash files (vs. MP4, MOV, etc.) that could also explain why they're not appearing in the HTML5 output!
