I have just done the latest update to the Articulate suite and am now having trouble accessing any of my previous Storyline 360 files. I am getting the message that the project is locked by another process but it is not open anywhere else.
Has anyone else had this issue or know how to resolve it?
have you tried rebooting after the update and are you working from your local drive? Often that message is if you are working from a network or external drive.
