I am developing a video training. The audio plays fine on the first screen but won't play on the next screen. I actually started the project over when this happened the first time, with the same results (insanity?). Any thoughts?
Hi Ashley -- I tried to upload the file, and it looked like it was working, but it isn't here! When I went to the Submit a Support Case page I didn't see a submit button I think this project is doomed!
Thanks for sending along the file. I tried a number of things with it and I can't find any audio associated with that screen recording. Did you hear the audio after you first recorded it? Is it possible something happened to your microphone while recording? I tried recording something again and was able to do so successfully in your file. Are you able to rerecord this screen and double check the audio is working before you start. When the record box comes up, you can choose the microphone by clicking the little arrow and you'll see all that is available to you. It looks like the below image and I've put a yellow rectangle around the arrow.
