Problems with Completion

Thanks for letting us know that you tested this in SCORM Cloud as well and were unable to replicate.

This typically points to an LMS error vs an error with the software.

Hopefully other users of Skillsoft or those that have experienced a similar issue will be able to chime in and help you out here.

Hello Leslie,

I have created a simple e-course to track user completions after they have clicked on 'Acknowledgement' button tied to "Submit Interaction" .  There are 9 acknowledgement buttons.   There is no'pass/fail'  Users are required to just acknowledge all nine statements.  The result slide just to show that they have completed all ticked all acknowledgements.  Should I tie it with score which will not be visible? a Please could you take a look ? Many thanks

I noticed that a few of the questions were not set up to 'score' and I did adjust that.

When publishing to SCORM Cloud, it seems to be working as intended.

Thanks for letting me know your company has a policy on your material. I deleted my links above as well :)

You're tracking via Results Slide, with scored items, so that is what I would expect to see.

Was the Completion sent to your LMS?
