Hi I use Storyline 360. I created a simple course with a slide to record the score. I'm publishing with SCORM 2004. My LMS counts the completion but keeps displaying the my score as 0%. Any thoughts?
Are you using the Results slide as your Completion tracking method or something else in Storyline such as the number of slides viewed or the completion trigger? Only the results slide will pass a score to the LMS, and you'll also want to check if you've set it up for tracking a Completion and a Success status. Some LMSs allow you to track both, and if so you'll want to look at using the statuses of Passed/Incomplete or Passed/Failed - you can read a bit more about that here.
