Hi Olzhas, I am not sure what is causing this issue for you. Perhaps you could submit a support ticket here: http://www.articulate.com/support/contact/submit.php
everything ok now! problem was in iOS. plz close this post
I would like to report the same issue with non-latin character encoding. The encoding is correct within the "notes" section of the slide, but gets messed up inside the player.

Hi Maksym,
I'm assuming that is Russian text, which was a known issue before in Storyline and fixed in Update 2. If you're able to confirm that you're using update 2 or even 3, ould you be able to connect with our Support team to report this so that they can test it further with you files?
Hi Ashley,
I updated Storyline to the latest version and that resolved the issue.
Thank you.
Thanks for the update Maksym
