I try to customize the quiz feedbacks but even though I see it correctly when I edit them, the don't appear right in the slide. Please look at the video for explanation. Thank you and sorry for my bad english...
It certainly seems that applying a new Feedback Layout should show your custom changes. But, in my experience, the Feedback Master & Layouts can be a bit "quirky." There may be a bug.
However, there's a better way to adjust the default content that the user will see on the Correct and Incorrect layers of a quiz.
Leave the default placeholder text boxes in the Feedback Layouts.
Change the corresponding text in the Player's Text Labels.
This thread has more information about adjusting the Text Labels. It refers to a different label, but the overall instructions remain the same for your situation.
