Problems with .flv transparency on mobile player

Aloha,

I'm having problems viewing videos with .flv transparency on the Mobile Player (on iPad).

You'll notice that it plays fine on a computer, but it freezes right at the point where the alpha transparent video is supposed to come up on the iPad Articulate Mobile Player. http://s3.amazonaws.com/tempshare-stage.storyline.articulate.com/stp17rc7gbe5s0g2dm1rfs2uh96c4/story.html

I'm also attaching the .story file.

The documentation seems to suggest that alpha transparency works on mobile *http://www.articulate.com/support/kb_article.php?product=st1&id=1568gg1ayot2), but I'm having issues.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Leon:

All Mobile devices only support 1 media stream at a time by design.

Your audio loading is most likely taking precedence over your video because the file is loading earlier.

Embed your audio into the .flv file, then delete your audio layers from your story file and republish.

That should fix your problems.

Aloha Dennis,

I took out the base video and all of the audio and it still freezes when I view on the mobile player.

You'll see about 10 seconds of a still picture and then the flv animations will kick in when viewed on a computer.

Did I do something wrong?
