I have a module that has a bunch of lightbox slides in it and I'm having some display issues. When I preview the module, the lightbox slides appear correctly, but when I publish it in LMS or web format, the content of the lightbox slides is shifted and partly off screen. I've looked at all the settings and tried publishing it a number of times, but can't seem to get it to work. Has anyone else dealt with this issue?
Thank you for your quick reply! I was using Firefox. I just tried it in
Explorer and it does work there. Is there a way to ensure that it will look
normal in all browsers? I just want to make sure that it displays
correctly.
I believe Articulate is working towards supporting all browsers for all kinds of issues. For now a few things are happening across multiple browsers. So, if you have a sample .story file, probably I can take a look at, else create a support ticket and send your query to Articulate Staff.
I agree with Deepak that it would be helpful if we could see a sample of your file to get a closer look at what's going on. But first, can you help me with a few details?
What version of Storyline did you use to create the content?
I experience the same problem, working with Articulate Storyline 360. I published my course in Web, and lightbox slides don't work either in Chrome or IE. The output is hosted on SharePoint team site.
Hi there, Marie. I'd like to see if we can help! I've opened a case with my team so we can find out why your lightboxes aren't appearing properly. You'll get a confirmation email with an upload link. If you can share your .story file using that link, we'll test it with your permission.
You have Articulate 360 for Teams, so you'll get priority support. Be on the lookout for that email!
Hi Crystal,
thanks for the reply. I was able to get around this problem by using "download to CD". When I use this option, the lightboxes work, and the quiz works too. But it would be interesting to know why it does not work for Web download.

Ah! Glad you found a solution, Marie. I see Renz is still ready and waiting to test out your file if you're able to share. It could be an issue with your hosting location or how it's uploaded to that environment - so sharing with him will allow for further troubleshooting on our end.
Also, an FYI - I noticed that your email signature came through when you replied via email. You can remove that if you would like by clicking Edit beneath your response. Here’s a quick Peek video if you need help.
I'll let Renz know that you're needing to upload another file so that he can reach back out. He can also help take a look at the error you're seeing.

Hi Corey,
Could you please let us know which browser you're using? Try to open the same in a different browser and see if the issue persists.
If that's not the case, please share a sample .story file with those specific slides. Thanks!

Hi Ashley, I uploaded the file yesterday, per Renz's instructions. I guess it did work?
Hi there, Marie!
Oh no, I'm not seeing the file in your case with Renz. Could you give the upload another try? Here is the unique upload link from your case.
Thanks again for reaching out, and I'll also follow along in your case!
Looks like it is done now, I got a confirmation.
Just FYI, when we try to publish RISE courses with embedded Storyline videos in WEB, the videos don't come up, giving 404 error.
Thanks,

Sorry, but I uploaded the wrong file. I'll try again.
