I am having trouble uploading PowerPoint to my Storyline 2. I've never had this problem before, we are now using Office 365 products in our office. None of the text or pics upload. It takes about 10 minutes to upload, but there is nothing in the Storyline version once it completes.
Do you know if you're using Office 365 desktop apps or web apps?
For Storyline 2, supported versions include 32-bit and 64-bit versions of PowerPoint 2007-2019 or later or Microsoft Office 365 (desktop apps only). However, click-to-run versions and Office 365 web apps aren't supported.
Thanks much for the information. Our company (PayPal) did go to the Office 365 web version this year. I'll check and see if we still have access to the desktop app version as well.
I assume if I changed from Storyline 2 to Articulate 360 it would support Office 365 PP web versions?
Articulate 360 (including Storyline) works with 32-bit and 64-bit desktop versions of Microsoft Office 2010-2019 and Microsoft Office 365 (desktop apps only). Articulate 360 doesn't work with:

Here's how you can find what version of Office you have installed.
